The food at Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos All-Inclusive Golf & Spa is beyond exceptional. It’s hands down the best resort food I have ever had.
I recently had the pleasure of spending 4 days at the Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos All-Inclusive Golf & Spa. Being an all-inclusive, I was expecting run-of-the-meal resort food. Boy was I wrong. I ended up having some of the best meals I’ve ever had in my entire life. So much so that I am dedicating an entire post to the food alone. Chef Geraldo Grivera is a culinary genius.
Luxury Food
I didn’t expect luxury food at an all-inclusive. Over my 4 days there, I am proud to say I ate at ALL of the restaurants. Sushi, ceviche, steak, hamburger, fish & chips, there is something for everyone.
More than just having a wide range of food, the food is exceptionally good. They clearly only use the freshest seafood. The sea bass in particular stood out to me. Apparently it’s a local favorite. It is hard to choose which restaurant was my top choice but if I had to pick one, I would go with Blu.
Restaurants
Blu – Fresh Seafood & More
Food so pretty I almost didn’t want to eat it. I did eat it of course. All of it.
Rosato – Italian with a Mediterranean Twist
Viña del Mar – Breakfast Buffet
Confession – I only made it to breakfast one day:-) And I only had fruit and eggs. Hangover breakfast of champs!
Peninsula – Outdoor Restaurant Overlooking the Pool and Beach
El Mexicano – Gourmet Mexican
La Cevicheria – Ceviche & More (Beach/Pool Dining)
The food around the pool came from with La Cervicheria or the Peninsula restaurants which means it was fresh and amazing.
Sushi Sky Bar – Sushi & Ocean Views
Poor timing on my part took me to the sushi restaurant after the Mexican fiesta buffet. Determined to eat at all the restaurants, I wasn’t too hungry so I only had miso soup and a california roll.
Both were great but I definitely wish I had tried more items off the menu.
La Bodega – Argentinian Steakhouse
My final meal at the resort did not disappoint!
The salmon and steak were both cooked perfectly.
Club Lounge Food
Because we booked a suite, we had access to the Club Lounge. The lounge offers coffee, tea, snack and appetizers throughout the day.
I loved having access to the lounge. It was air conditioned and they served food unique to the lounge or only available to lounge guests. Plus it was help yourself so there were never any lines or waiting for your food.
Gracias Chef!!
The food was fantastic! I would seriously go back to Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos All-Inclusive Golf & Spa just to eat.

So I am sitting here looking at all this delicious food and now I am so hungry! Beautiful work!
All that food looks amazing!!
Good food is a major selling point for me, particularly when I travel. It’s so hard to find all-inclusives with good food options so I’m glad you introduced me to this one!
I am drooling writing this now, thank you! Blu is my favourite, followed by the cevicheria and the Argentinian steakhouse, yum! How did you manage to leave this behind all this gorgeous food?! I’d love to come here.
Thanks for sharing! these food looks so goood!!
Oh my! That is why I do not want to go to an all-inclusive resort! I will gain so many pounds. Especially, as you said, they were not only plentiful but also delicious tasting! You must have eaten all day, all 4 days.
It certainly looks like you guys were well fed throughout the entire time you were there! Although it doesn’t look like I’d be able to eat much there. Do you know if they had any gluten-free & vegan options? I can’t have gluten or dairy and certain types of egg and I’m vegetarian.
Browsing through your post before having lunch is not a good idea. The food looks amazing and I love the artistic presentation. It truly is a treat for your taste buds! As a foodie, you had my craving with every photo!
All inclusive resorts are always the fun and takes away a lot of budgeting and planning headaches at times. I love how there are different options to eat at and the food truly looks spectacular. The photos are very vibrant and the close-ups are so good that i’m hungry now.
All of that food looks insanely amazing!! I can’t believe the variety in what’s on offer. It’s so amazing that it’s all-inclusive. I’ve never tried to stay at an all’inclusive place because I wasn’t sure what the food would be like but I think this might have convinced me 😀
You really get awarded for booking a suite with access to any additional lounge! I’m impressed with all the food choices, I think I’d try a different dish each meal. The dish I would really like to try is the fist and chips, I’ve never tried it in Mexico before!
Yum! Looks like you ate incredibly well. The pastas in particular look wonderful, and that guacamole–omg. I could eat a whole plate of that lol.
Oh my goodness! This food looks amazing! Those scallops look so delicious!

OHHH my with that gorgeous and delicious food I would just sleep eat and repeat for 4 days! It must be hard chosing the best meal as it seems as they are all very yummy!
Great pics! The food looks amazing. You had me at Welcome platter alone!
Wow! This looks fantastic! We’ve gone on a couple all-inclusive trips and we too had some of the best meals there. I think all-inclusives are really elevating their menus!
